Vintage sterling silver Bernard Buffet animal plates.

Le medailler. Gravee a l'eau forte sur argent sterling 1er titre. 1976. Bernard Buffet
These were originally sold sold via John Pinches Ltd.
The plates are displayed in their original hanging (or freestanding) wooden boxes with brown velvet fabric.
Both the Lion and the Giraffe have the certificates of authentication. The panda does not but has a letter dated 1976 from the original supplier apologising for the lack of paperwork and stating that it would be sent on later.
All three come with the original white card boxes (a little foxed , one corner damaged) plus silver polishing cloths (x3) and the coloured leaflet with details of the artist and each specific plate).
The overall condition is very good.
The Lion and Giraffe are £150 each. The panda is a little cheaper due to the lack of certification. We are able to offer all three at a 10% of £405 all prices include UK P&P. Overseas shipping may be possible but will incur additional shipping costs so contact us first for a quote.
