Timothy Richards fine art architectural model - Queen Anne House, Bath

Regular price £200.00

Tim Richards creates fine art, hand made ,architecturally accurate scale models in plaster. The origins of this quality of plasterwork date back to the Fouquets who worked in Paris between 1780 and 1830.  Beautifully produced, Tim's pieces are true collectors items. His work has been commissioned by museums and organisations world wide.

This two part, gypsum plaster, model of the 18th century Queen Anne House in Bath is supplied in its original packaging. There are a few scuff marks to the box. The model itself is in very good condition. The small metal spikes on the left hand model are missing and there is a small brown stain to one corner. These do not detract from the overall appeal and this is reflected in the price (which includes UK only shipping). Other mirrored pairs on Timothy Richards' website are in the £550-£700 range, with some reaching well over £1000. This particular model was was no longer available on the site at the time of posting, making it a desirable collectors item.

The model is very heavy (7.5kg)  solid, fine plaster. see life sized hand picture for scale.
