This is a tricenium, three lithographic images posted onto glass that provide three different pictures according to which angle do you look at it from. It's strangely compelling. We are unsure of the age. We have seen other ones with identical frames described as early 20th century. However, we think this is probably more likely to be mid 20th century.
The condition is good with some signs of wear commensurate with age.
