These hand forged cheese knives are made from food grade stainless steel (one of the hardest metals to hand forge). They have decorative black carbon marks - these are a result of the forging process and are part of the design - they will not rub off. Being stainless steel these cheese knives can go in the dishwasher. They are fairly sharp so be careful. They come with a choice of three handles. With our hand cut wooden boards they make a fantastic gift for the cheese lover. The knives are each approx. 18.5cm long. Be aware these are hand made products and there will be minor variations.
