This hand made herb cutter (mezzaluna) is made from food grade (316) stainless steel; It sits comfortably in the hand. It can be washed in the dishwasher. The black marks are a result of the forging process and will not rub off.This mezzaluna is part of our hand forged stainless steel domestic range which includes cheese knives.
